We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our services at any time without prior notice.
All services are subject to pricing as listed on our website or as agreed upon in a formal contract.
Payments must be made upfront for projects below $500. For projects exceeding this amount, a 50% advance payment is required, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Payments are accepted via PayPal, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.
Once work has commenced on a project, refunds are not applicable.
If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund minus processing fees may be granted.
Witcuts Tech Solutions reserves the right to cancel any project due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a partial or full refund may be issued based on work completed.
Clients must provide all necessary materials (logos, text, images, etc.) before the commencement of work.
Clients must review and approve designs, drafts, or other deliverables in a timely manner.
Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses or copyrights for third-party assets used in the project.
Each service includes a set number of revisions (as specified in the project agreement).
Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may incur extra charges.
Any major changes or additional work beyond the initial project scope will be charged separately.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights to the final deliverable, except for AI-generated assets where ownership is subject to platform terms.
Witcuts Tech Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly stated otherwise by the client.
Witcuts Tech Solutions is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee any specific business results, such as increased revenue, website traffic, or improved search rankings.
Any client information provided to Witcuts Tech Solutions will be kept confidential and used solely for project execution.
We may use third-party tools and platforms to execute services, and clients agree to their respective terms and policies.
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if a client violates these terms, engages in unethical behavior, or fails to make payments.
Upon termination, any unpaid work must be settled, and any remaining deliverables will be withheld until payment is received.
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the client and Witcuts Tech Solutions.
If a resolution cannot be reached, legal proceedings will be conducted in the jurisdiction where Witcuts Tech Solutions is registered.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
